Jane’s extensive experience in insurance defense litigation has focused on automobile accident claims, construction liability claims and general liability cases. Her experience with general liability cases include dog bite claims, libel and slander, and slip and fall cases in both commercial and residential settings. She has tried one bench trial, three arbitrations, and 11 jury trials.
