Martha has extensive experience handling a wide variety of tort liability cases in state and federal court. Her practice resume includes hundreds of personal injury cases, including claims arising from the homeowner and automobile liability, premises liability, bad faith and first party liability claims, coverage disputes, construction liability, and professional negligence. She has tried approximately 20 jury trials to verdict and has a number of both reported and unpublished cases in Colorado.
