His practice emphasizes first and third party insurance bad faith litigation, class actions and other tort liability cases. Early in his career, Mr. Chase served as a Deputy District Attorney in Arapahoe County, Colorado, where he gained extensive jury trial experience. To date, he has tried over 50 jury trials to verdict. He also has extensive appellate experience as counsel of record on multiple appeals at both the state and federal court level, several of which have resulted in published opinions.
